Refund policy

At World Hair Extension, we take pride in offering high-quality fiber hair extensions that enhance your beauty and confidence. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to serve you with fairness, clarity, and professionalism.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Our return/exchange policy is valid within 1 day of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • We only offer exchangesrefunds are not available, except in rare cases of damaged or incorrect items where replacements are unavailable.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

🚫 Opened or used fiber hair extensions
🚫 Hair extensions that have been washed, worn, cut, styled, or altered
🚫 Return requests made after 1 day of receiving the item
🚫 Items without original packaging or invoice
🚫 Extra Discounted or Promotional products
🚫 "Change of mind" returns


Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests in the following cases:

✅ The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
✅ The request is made within 1 day of receiving the product
✅ The hair extensions are unused and in original condition
✅ You provide clear photos/videos showing the issue

📦 Exchange Fee: A flat PKR 500 applies unless the mistake is on our side.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and a replacement is not available

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived within 10 business days:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank

Gift Orders

🎁 If the product was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the returnable value

  • If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund (if eligible) will be sent to the original purchaser


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or damaged

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery
